How to create Artwork for Screen Printing

The best way to get your artwork to us is as an attachment via email saving the artwork in the file format is was originally created in.
PRESERVE PROGRAMS ORIGINAL FORMAT. In particular do not flatten or combine image with the other colors or background.
We can open most digital file formats (pdf, jpg, tif, eps, psd,cdr).
We prefer all art be converted to vector format in order for the sharpests print edge
and ease of creating required over printing. You will need an program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
Files should be at least 300 dpi) at 100% size that you want printed.
Please include center and corner registration mark.
We can also work with a clean hard copy of the artwork as in images to be scanned.
For shirts where there is mainly text you can send a Word document or similar, please do not convert your file to an image.
When sending text please include a font file with your image.
Color or black and white photographs will need to be converted by our artists.
Internet objects have a low DPI and are not ready to be screen printed or resized.
We suggest using a vector based program such as Adobe Illustrator , Corel Draw.

The following vector file formats are prefered:
Adobe Illustrator CS3 (13) and below. CorelDraw 13 and below. Macromedia Freehand 10 and below. EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) PS (Postscript) PDF The following formats are usable but may require reworking by our art department to prepare for printing. QuarkExpress 6.0 and below. PageMaker 6.0 and below. Indesign CS and below. Publisher 2003 Raster/Bitmap files (Photoshop, TIFF, BMP, JPEG) Faxed or mailed drawing.
